Regular Pricing (discounts may be available)

Payment
Options: Full payment upfront, or a $500 deposit at registration. Final balance is due 90 days before departure.
Methods: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Check, or Credit Card. (Zelle and Venmo preferred.)
Spaces are limited — early registration is strongly encouraged.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable after 90 days.
Cancellations 90+ days before departure: $500 fee.
Cancellations after the payment deadline: no refund.
Deposits and payments may be transferred to another attendee.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical issues, trip cancellations, or unforeseen events. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be offered where possible.
Arrival & Transportation
A complimentary one-time transfer from Dublin Airport is included (a service valued at up to $250). Return transport to Dublin Airport is not included but can be easily arranged via local private or public transport.
To reach scenic painting locations on smaller roads, we may use a smaller vehicle or arrange two separate pickups/drop-offs on certain days.
Workshop Location
Our base is Newcastle Town, County Down, with easy access to stunning coastal and countryside locations for en plein air painting.

Most Art materials and supplies (easels, etc.) — watercolor paper or certain watercolor brands not included
Personalized instruction for all skill levels and all painting mediums

Insurance & Liability
Hugh O'Neill and Ireland Art Workshops and Tours act as travel agents only. Participants assume all risks associated with workshops and foreign travel. We are not liable for injuries, delays, lost items, or schedule changes. Participants should consult a healthcare provider if unsure about their physical ability to participate.
