Arrival and Transportation

Upon arrival at Dublin Airport, you will be picked up with our one-time complimentary transfer—a service that normally costs up to $180.

Please note: return transportation to Dublin Airport from the workshop is not included, but can be easily arranged via local private or public transport.

To ensure maximum comfort and access to scenic locations, we may use an additional smaller vehicle or schedule two separate pickups and drop-offs. This allows us to reach beauty spots that larger vehicles cannot access.

Workshop Location

Our base will be Newcastle Town, County Down, Ireland, offering easy access to stunning coastal and countryside locations for en plein air painting workshops.

Pricing for International Participants

  • Painting participants: $1,950

  • Non-painting participants: $1,850

  • Groups of four or more $ 1,700

We offer special rates for UK and EU residents.

Payment Options:

  • Full payment upfront, or

  • A fully refundable deposit of $500 upon registration

Important: Spaces are limited, so early registration is strongly encouraged.

Cancellation Policy

  • Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure.

  • Deposits are non-refundable after 90 days.

  • If full payment is made:

    • 90+ days prior: $500 cancellation fee

  • No refunds for cancellations after the payment deadline.

  • Deposits and payments may be transferred to another attendee.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events, medical issues, or trip cancellations.

If we must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be offered. However, because transportation and arrangements are booked months in advance, cancellations after certain deadlines may not be refundable.

Insurance and Liability

  • Hugh O’Neill and Ireland Art Workshops and Tours act solely as travel agents.

  • We are not liable for injuries, delays, lost personal items, or schedule changes.

  • Participants assume all risks associated with workshops and foreign travel.

  • Disputes are governed by U.S., UK, and EU law, and mediation is required before litigation.

  • Participants should consult a healthcare provider if unsure about physical abilities.
