Arrival and Transportation
You will be picked up from Dublin Airport upon arrival.it’s a one time free of charge complementary service that normally would be anywhere up to $180

Please note that we do not provide return transportation to Dublin Airport from workshop locations; however, this can be easily arranged via local private or public transport.

To ensure maximum comfort and positive artistic experiences we may decide to divide workshop group into an additional smaller vehicle as to access some important beauty spots as bigger vehicles cannot reach.Or we may do two separate pickups and returns to hotel

Cost for International participants flying into Dublin Airport
The total price is $3100. We do offer separate rates for UK and EU residents. Workshops must be paid in full and in advance by the specified due dates. You can either pay the full amount now or make an initial fully refundable deposit of $500 upon registration. Spaces are limited, so we encourage early registration.

For non-painting students, the fee is $2950, with the same rate applying for groups of four or more. Please be aware that after specific deadlines, deposits and payments are non-refundable.

If we need to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial refund. However, since we book and pay for your transportation and other arrangements months in advance, cancellations made after certain dates are not be eligible for any refunds.

Payments can be made via Check, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.If paying by Credit Card we must add a 2% fee

Our base will be Newcastle Town in County Down, Ireland

Insurance and Liability
Please ensure you have travel medical insurance. You are not insured by this offering or by the organizers, and we are not liable for any injuries or unforeseen health issues.

Cancellation Policy and Payment Conditions

  • Important Details:

  • We need your names as they appear on your passport.

  • Final payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date.No full refunds after this period

  • Deposits are non-refundable after the 90 day period.

  • Cancellation fees if you have paid the full amount:

    • 90 or more days prior to departure: $500

    • If full payment is not received by the set dates, no refunds will be issued for deposits.

Transferability and Travel Insurance
Deposits and payments are transferable to another attendee. We understand that cancellations may occur due to unexpected events, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential medical issues or trip cancellations.

You are participating and paying for a painting workshop taught by Hugh O’Neill and all other activities not related to art en plein air -outside of workshop said times may not be available or on offer at any given time.The transport is chosen to suit the smaller roads and on occasions there are 2 pick up times at hotel and two drop offs after workshop has concluded each day
