You are picked up from Dublin Airport by us on your designated arrival dates and times or as a group upon your arrival and taken to your hotel or accommodations . There is a very small fee for this that is considerably less than private or public services at Airport. No return service is formally offered back to Dublin airport unless booked at $40 per person and is available through us at the time

WHAT IS THE COST

  • Total price for this Course and all dates shown is $1600- Workshops must be paid for in full and in advance by due dates posted soon. You may choose to pay in full now or pay an initial totally REFUNDABLE deposit of $500.00 when registering Workshop spaces are limited, we encourage you to secure that now. Non students is $1500 and any groups over 4 is $1400 for the non painters

  • PRICE OF $1600 DOES NOT INCLUDES FLIGHT ,DINNERS OR ACCOMMODATIONS BUT INCLUDES EVERYTHING ELSE INCLUDING TUITION EVERY DAY, Coach or Van transport each day ,most ART MATERIALS ( paints, easel ,brushes ,canvas boards but not water color paper )

  • We offer UK, EU/ Irish and local Northern Irish residents a day by day prorated price structure (Restrictions may apply

  • SPECIAL OFFER FOR UK EU/ IRISH RESIDENTS :150 euros or STERLING for any 2 days within the dates advertised. There is no free transport with this price. Full WEEK workshop is 700 UK STERLING

    HOW WILL I GET THERE

  • You are picked up at Dublin Airport and this is a FREE SERVICE ( $200 value that we are not charging you) It is important that you make FLIGHT reservations accordingly

  • In the event that the shuttle is missed due to delayed flights other means of transportation to the workshop site may be needed. Transportation other than designated excursions and shuttle service from Airport on designated dates and times will be the responsibility of each participant including your return to an airport for departing workshop locations

  • If we have to cancel the trip due to unforeseen reasons you may be eligible for a refund portion of money paid to us. Please be aware we book and pay for your transport and other things months ahead of start dates. So if you cancel at a late stage that money is not retrievable by us either. After June 10th 2024 there are no refunds of full price $1600 ,should you cancel for any reason

    WHERE IS THE WORKSHOP LOCATED

  • The town where we will be based is called NEWCASTLE TOWN in County Down, Ireland. However there are numerous small villages and hamlets nearby with possible accommodations that we look at online with you. The meeting points each morning to start our day is always at the front door of the SLIEVE DONARD HOTEL in the town .The full day by day itinerary is available upon your email or form inquiry

  • If you are definitely going and have paid a deposit we will send you a list of accommodations: PLEASE don’t book anything ,including flights, until checking in with us to help you!!

  • Please ensure you have medical insurance to travel or if you don’t then educate yourself about foreign travel. You are not insured by this OFFERING OR BY ORGANIZERS. We DO NOT PROVIDE NOR ARE LIABLE FOR YOUR HEALTH OR UNFORESEEN INJURY TO YOUR PERSON

  • FULL PAYMENTS ARE DUE at this time of calendar year

  • CANCELLATION POLICY -Payment Conditions:

  • An initial good will deposit of $500 is required. 

    SOME IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • We must receive your names as shown on your passport

  • Final and Full Payment is due 120 days prior to departure date !

  • MR O’NEILL HAS TO BOOK AND “PAY” FOR YOUR TRANSPORT AND OTHER THINGS MANY MANY MONTHS IN ADVANCE OF START DATE BECAUSE IF WE DON’T IT MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE

  • There are “No refunds” of any deposits after the 120 days Period elapses, full payment is due by that 120 days before departure stated and as per original agreement which is a formal binding contract and non negotiable

    Cancellation Fees: if you have paid full amount

  • 119 or more days prior to departure: $1100

  • 60 to 46 days prior to departure: $500

  • 45 days prior to departure: $300

  • 44-1 days prior to departure: No Refund

  • If you haven’t paid full amount by dates set no refunds of deposits are due

Please note that because IRELAND ART WORKSHOPS is limited to a a maximum number of students, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

Hold deposit and any payments are transferable to another attendee

We understand that no one books a course with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance (see below) and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case money paid to us at IRELAND ART TOURS INC may be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 1 month prior to retreat start date if possible

AGENTS will not be responsible for any damages or expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any of the participant's belongings. All prices quoted are correct at time of printing, include the cost of operation of the journeys, and are subject to currency changes. AGENTS shall not be responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, irregularity or property damage as a result of force majeure or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or journey participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of AGENTS for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with this journey. This agreement supersedes all previous oral or written communications, representations, or agreements between the parties. Participants assume the risk involved when participating in a painting/photography course, foreign travel, and any and all activities and/or pursuits voluntarily undertaken while participating in the retreat. Participants agree that any and all disputes between Participants and Ireland Art Tours inc shall be governed by English ,USA law.Participants agree to mediate any and all disputes prior to the institution of any litigation.If participants are unsure of their physical ability due to previous injuries, they should seek the advise of a healthcare practitioner beforehand. All participants will sign upon receipt of deposit your own risk clause with the knowledge and agreement that Hugh O’Neill or any agent thereof are not held liable for any injury ,loss of life or material goods in any manner
