Terms & Details — Ireland Art Workshops-Spaces are limited — early registration is strongly encouraged.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Policy

  • 90+ days before departure: $700 cancellation fee applies (deposit is non-refundable once past its own 90-day mark).

  • 30–89 days before departure: 50% of payments made are forfeited; the remaining 50% may be applied as credit toward a future workshop.

  • Within 30 days of departure: No refunds, no exceptions.

  • Deposits and payments are always transferable to another attendee, regardless of timing.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical issues, trip cancellations, or unforeseen events. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be offered where possible.

Workshop Location

Our base is Newcastle Town, County Down, with easy access to stunning coastal and countryside locations for en plein air painting.

What's Included

• Complimentary Dublin Airport arrival transfer

• Most Art materials and supplies (easels, etc.) — watercolor paper or certain watercolor brands not included

• Personalized instruction for all skill levels and all painting mediums

• Small group sizes for individual attention

• Sightseeing and music if available

Insurance & Liability

Hugh O'Neill and Ireland Art Workshops and Tours act as travel agents only. Participants assume all risks associated with workshops and foreign travel. We are not liable for injuries, delays, your health before, during or after, lost items or schedule changes. Participants should consult a healthcare provider if unsure about their physical ability to participate. Disputes are subject to U.S., UK, and EU law; mediation is required before any litigation. **Terms & Details — Ireland Art Workshops**

**Pricing*‍ ‍

• Painting participants: $1,950

• Non-painting participants: $1,850

• Groups of 4 or more: $1,700 PP

**Payment**‍ ‍

• Options: Pay in full upfront or provide a $700 deposit when you register.

• Methods: You can pay using Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, check, or credit card (Zelle and Venmo are preferred).

• Spots are limited, so we encourage early registration.

• You can transfer deposits and payments to another attendee.

• We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover medical issues, trip cancellations, or unexpected events. If you cancel due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot issue refunds after issued deadline dates

**Arrival & Transportation**‍ ‍

• A free one-time transfer from Dublin Airport is included (worth up to $250). Return transport to Dublin Airport is not included but can be easily arranged through local private or public transport.

Our main base is in Newcastle Town, County Down, with easy access to beautiful coastal and countryside spots for outdoor painting.
